Soev provides warranties for our solar installations and products as specified in individual client agreements. These warranties are subject to proper use, maintenance, and conditions outlined in the warranty documentation.
Our standard solar panel installations come with a 25-year performance warranty, subject to terms and conditions specified in the warranty documentation provided upon installation.
Payment terms for our services will be outlined in individual client agreements. We offer various financing options, including zero money down plans, subject to eligibility and approval.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment schedules and methods will be specified in client agreements.
Cancellation policies and refund terms will be specified in individual client agreements. In general, cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and resources already committed.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
